The Empire Bucks Club is a special section of EmpireHunting.com that details some of the nicer
bucks submitted to us each year. While we call it a club, there is no official scoring of the
buck or anything special you have to do for it to be featured here. We generally go by 120"
of antler growth - if it looks like it will score 120 or more then we will also list it here when
we post it in our
New York deer hunting news feed.
Many of these hunters have included the score of their buck in their hunt descriptions. Those scores
are based on their measurements, estimations, or possible 3rd party scoring organization and
not us.

Trail camera photos included.

To the best of our knowledge, this is the first buck we have ever had posted to the Website from Putnam County. With much welcome, we introduce you to Frank Cuoco who took this nice 8 point buck on November 23, 2009 in the land of the Hudson Valley. Best of all, it was Frank's first buck ever and he got to make up for the miss he made on him in bow season. He also had some pretty good company in the stand with him.
