Free Use
At this time, the "Build Your Own Empire" section, referred to as an "Empire Hunting Web Page" from here on out, of Empire Hunting is free. Empire Hunting may charge a fee
for this service in the future. Empire Hunting makes no warranties to the information provided by others in the "Build Your Own Empire" Web pages. What you see
on a user's page in information and imagery provided by that user and not by Empire Hunting.
Approval Process
All pages will be reviewed before they appear on the Empire Hunting Website. We will aprove pages as soon as possible. Page builders should be
advised that it may take up to 24 hours or more for us to approve a page although in most situations we will be able to approve your
page within a few minutes or hours.
Personal Use only
Empire Hunting Web Pages are strictly for the use of New York hunters only. New York based businesses that would like a similar page should contact us
about a customized Empire Hunting page just for businesses or other advertising packages. Any Empire Hunting Web Page that is determined to be for the
use of business purposes will be removed or denied.
New York Hunters Only
Empire Hunting Web Pages are for New York State hunters only. Unless you live (and hunt here) or hunt here then your page will be denied or removed.
All Empire Hunting Web Pages should pertain to hunting. Any Empire Hunting Web Page found to be used for purposes unrelated to hunting in New York
will be denied or removed.
Public Content
Empire Hunting Web Pages are open to the public. Viewing of these pages is not restricted. Please be careful about the things you say and the content that
you post. Empire Hunting is 100% excluded from any legal or financial damages that you may incur by the information you post on your page.
Privacy and Security
Users who choose to build an Empire Hunting Web Page do so under their own guidance. We heavily advise
anyone building an Empire Hunting Web page NOT to give out
their personal information on their page or to another member unless you are sure that you know who that person is or you are confident that they can be trusted.
Empire Hunting is not responsible for damages you may incur by providing things like, but not limited to, credit card numbers, your home address,
your home phone number, or any other piece of information about you that is obviously private.
Empire Hunting uses the information that you provide for the purposes of displaying your Web page and nothing more. Your information is not
shared with 3rd party organizations for any purpose what-so-ever.
Copyright
Images and text that you provide in your pages should be yours and/or should be materials that you have permission to post. By agreeing below, you agree
that any copyright infringement lawsuits brought against Empire Hunting for images and text that you have posted on your Empire Hunting Web page will
be the financial and legal responsibility of the owner of the page - that being you.
Any Empire Hunting Web page that is found to be in violation of United States Copyright Law, or any other law for that matter, will be immediately
removed from the Empire Hunting Website and proper authorities contacted if adequate for the situation.
Environmental Law
Empire Hunting abides by the environmental laws of New York State and all States/Regions of North America including Canada and we expect our users
to do the same. Empire Hunting pages that detail illegal environmental activities, or any other illegal activity, will be removed immediately and proper
authorities contacted if adequate for the situation.
Abuse
Any Empire Hunting Web page that is being used to slander, defamate, harass, or cause problems for other people and organizations will be removed.
Foul language and derogatory statements will not be tolerated and those pages will be removed. Empire Hunting 100% reserves the right to remove
any Web page for any reason what-so-ever that we see fit. Empire Hunting will 100% cooperate with authorities in the event your Web page is
being used in a criminal manner.
Users of Empire Hunting are strongly advised to inform us of any inappropriate content or use of the Empire Hunting Web Pages.
