Will Elliott Posts Review of 2008 International Bowhunting Organization Championship in Ellicottville, NY

Will Elliott of the Buffalo News has posted a review of the 2008 International Bowhunting Organization Championship, which took place in August in Ellicottville, New York.

The event attracted 1,900 bow shooters and over 8,000 visitors.

From the posting:
Michael Martin of Niagara Falls won Master Class Bowhunter honors, the only New York State competitor to take a first among World Championship classes.

More than 200 area archers entered the IBO Bowhunters Open. William Perks of Homer took the Advanced Hunter Class for walk-on shooters.

i dont understand why those young children who won 1st to 5th place in ny came home with a beer mug.maybe a little wooden plaque would be nicer.
